Patty Abrigo-Naidenoff, Licensed Physical Therapist, will educate about the dangers of inactivity and the health problems that can be helped by daily movement. You will learn simple ways to incorporate exercise and movement into your everyday life without leaving your home or spending money. Time will be saved for questions and answers with a medical professional.
