Pelvic/Core Stability and Strengthening Workshop

Level 1 Workshop
- This class will instruct you on integrating the pelvic floor and deep inner core during static positions and dynamic movements. A home exercise program will be given to you for practicing the learned techniques for the following month.
Level 2 Workshop
- This class will be scheduled in approximately one month after Level 1, to review the Level 1 material and progress your home exercises for the next month.
Level 3 Workshop
- This class is customized to meet your fitness needs whether you practice yoga, do crossfit, weight train, bike, and/or run.
