It serves to provide form, nutrition, protection, and sensation. It can become bound down and stuck to underlying tissues and cause pain, decreased range of motion, and dysfunctional movement patterns.

Reflexology

Our team specializes in facilitating lifelong movement through a whole body and integrated approach

Reflexology

Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that applies focused pressure to specific reflex points in the feet and hands. These reflex points correspond to different areas and systems of the body. Reflexology may help promote relaxation, reduce tension, and support an overall sense of well-being. At Integrated Therapeutic Healing, both foot and hand reflexology are available to provide an approach tailored to each client’s needs.

Hand Reflexology

Hand reflexology uses gentle, focused pressure on specific reflex points in the hands. This relaxing technique offers an alternative to foot reflexology and can be especially helpful for clients who prefer having their hands worked on. Each session is tailored to the individual, with the goal of promoting relaxation, easing tension, and supporting overall well-being.

“Patty has saved my hips! I spent a few months thinking I had nerve damage and doing all the wrong things. I finally went to see Patty and she identified bursitis. She gave me a collection of techniques to do at home and I was able to get back to normal. I’m so thankful for her knowledge and kindness.”

“I've been working with Patty for several months now and am very happy with what she has done for me! She takes a look at "me" and develops a program tailored to what my body needs. She's even developing specialized workout routines for me to follow so I can accomplish the goals I'm looking for. She's a true blessing!”

“I always tell people what an advantage it is that you are also a physical therapist!! The class feels very personal because you always ask about physical concerns and what would be helpful for each of us during that class. It's always obvious that you care about each of us."
